Rams vs 49ers MNF Prop Bets: Bet On Aiyuk To Stay Hot In Divisional Primetime Matchup

Brandon Aiyuk is finally starting to show signs of life and facing a relatively low receiving yards total (at home) for a divisional primetime matchup. We're backing the Niners' receiver to keep his momentum going, highlighting our top Week 10 MNF props.

Rams vs 49ers MNF props

The loss of wide receiver Robert Woods takes away one of the Rams’ top red-zone targets, which means those touches are up for grabs — and Rams 6-foot-1 receiver Van Jefferson would like some of those looks, please.

Jefferson has slowly carved out a spot in this L.A. offense, with his targets ticking upwards the past three games. He’s caught 10 of 20 balls his way but has taken a backseat on red zone sets, with Cooper Kupp, Woods, and tight end Tyler Higbee getting those scoring chances.

But with Woods out, Odell Beckham Jr. still learning the offense, and San Francisco cracking down on rival TEs, Jefferson has a window of opportunity in Week 10. He’s been targeted six times in the red zone since Week 6 but has only three red-zone catches on the season — two of which went for touchdowns.

According to Inside Edge, the Rams have thrown the ball on 63 percent of red-zone snaps the past four weeks (most in NFL) and face a 49ers’ RZ defense that has allowed a completion rate of 78 percent in that same span (worst in the league). We like Van to find paydirt tonight.

PICK: Van Jefferson anytime TD (+250 at DraftKings)

Jimmy Garoppolo may dodge one bullet if the Rams’ newly acquired pass rusher Von Miller misses his second game with a bum ankle, but L.A. has too big a defensive arsenal for Jimmy G to go full Matrix and dodge all of that ammunition Monday night.

Garoppolo takes on a Rams stop unit ranked third in sacks with 28 and fourth in interceptions with 12 on the season. The Rams bring plenty of extra rushers as well and while Jimmy G has looked solid under pressure, he’s been sacked a total of 12 times — with five INTs — over his last five outings.

In four career games versus the Rams, Garoppolo has thrown five interceptions with a completion percentage of less than 66 percent. He’s also been sacked eight times in those meetings. Los Angeles has a total of nine interceptions in its previous five outings and will lean on its relentless pressure to force Garoppolo into hurried throws.

PICK: Jimmy Garoppolo Over 0.5 Interceptions (-120 at DraftKings)

San Francisco receiver Brandon Aiyuk is picking up steam in this offense, snatching 10 of 15 targets for a total of 134 yards and a touchdown the past two games.

Aiyuk, who is really the No. 3 option in this passing game behind Deebo Samuel and recently-returned TE George Kittle, should benefit from single coverage — and the Rams could be down starting CB Darious Williams (questionable) tonight. The 6-foot wideout has thrived at home as well, with 12 of his 19 receptions and 147 of his collective 230 yards (and his two TDs) coming in Santa Clara.

His receiving total is as low as 47.5 yards at FanDuel, a mark Aiyuk has topped only once in 2021. But, with his chemistry building with Jimmy G and his sophomore slump in the past, we like the Arizona State product to continue his hot play and pass this player prop with ease.

PICK: Brandon Aiyuk Over 47.5 yards receiving (-110 at FanDuel)
