We have an exciting non-conference matchup for the second leg of the MNF odds board when the Los Angeles Rams meet the winless Cincinnati Bengals at PayCor Stadium.
The Bengals opened as a -6.5 favorite on the NFL odds board but are now -2 favorites with the news starting QB Joe Burrow aggravated the same calf muscle he injured during preseason workouts and could potentially miss this Monday Night affair.
This game brings us several NFL player props, and I’ve found three props I'm high on for tonight's matchup. Please continue reading to find out my free NFL picks in the prop department for the Rams vs. Bengals in the final game on the Week 3 odds slate.

Rams vs Bengals MNF props
Prop bet #1: Air Staff
Matthew Stafford missed most of last season and, since his return, has thrown for 300+ in his last two contests. And if the Los Angeles Rams have a shot at winning, Stafford will do so by slinging the football.
The Rams' veteran has racked up 641 passing yards with a TD pass and a pair of picks, but he’s had outstanding protection with several dependable receiving options at his disposal.
Cincinnati has allowed a paltry 381 passing yards this season. The Bengals' passing defense held Browns QB Deshaun Watson to 154 passing yards on a messy opening day loss to Cleveland, and Ravens QB Lamar Jackson threw for 237 yards and a pair of TDs, slinging it 33 times in their loss to Baltimore.
Over 14 Monday Night Football games, Stafford is averaging 257 passing ypg, and only once over the past five MNF matchups has he thrown for less than the 247.5-yard number on the BetMGM board.
Interceptions aside, Stafford is a better QB than what Cincinnati has faced thus far. If he throws at least 38 times, and he will, he'll eclipse the 247.5 passing yards Monday night.
Matthew Stafford prop: Over 247.5 passing yards
Prop bet #2: Orange is the new blue
I like Stafford to have a big passing night against the Bengals, but I also need to be mindful that along with the big arm and high yardage totals comes the strong probability Stafford will chuck at least one interception per game.
Stafford has had some big Monday nights, but he’s also thrown 13 interceptions in 14 MNF contests and seven picks over his previous five Monday Night matchups.
That bodes well for a defense that hasn’t had to defend against the pass much this season. Watson threw 29 times in Week 1, and Jackson threw the ball 33 times in Week 2, but the Bengals' defense hasn’t seen the passing volume yet like they will Monday night. This should provide more opportunities for a Cincinnati defense coming off a 13-interception season.
Cincy's D has one interception this season, and its eight passes defended ranks 18th in the pro game. the Bengals will get their chances Monday night, and that defense knows they must come up big for their team to win — and I believe they will.
Finally, Stafford has a long history of chucking interceptions, which has continued into this season. Cincinnati must make a big play or two, and I expect it to be very aggressive and for Stafford to throw at least one interception on Monday.
Matthew Stafford prop: Over 0.5 interceptions
Prop bet #3: Sophomore stud
Stafford and the Rams passing game hasn’t found the end zone as often as they’d like, but RB Kyren Williams has three rushing TDs this season, and with Cam Akers being traded to Minnesota, Williams is a good bet to find the end zone Monday night.
Williams has scored a pair of TDs in each of the Rams' two contests this season. He’s rushed for 52 yards in each of his contests and has become a valuable receiver out of the backfield. The Los Angeles RB has hauled in 50% of his dozen targets for 50 yards and a TD.
Rams Head Coach Sean McVey praised Williams to reporters after their loss to the 49ers, saying,
“Well, he’s a complete back,” McVay said. “I think he’s got the ability to play on all downs. He’s really put the work in. He’s earned a lot of trust from his coaches, from his teammates, and he’s a guy who just continues to take steps in the right direction."
Williams has won the confidence of his coaches facing a Cincinnati defense, allowing a TD per game, and that gives me the confidence to back Williams to find the end zone Monday night
Kyren Wiliams prop: Anytime touchdown
