The Seattle Seahawks face off against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 9 of NFL action on Sunday. Both of these teams are rolling right now with the Ravens riding a three-game winning streak and the Seahawks winning five of their last six contests.
NFL odds have the Ravens installed as 6-point favorites for this contest with the Over/Under at 44. Here are my best free NFL picks and predictions for the Seahawks vs. Ravens on November 5.

Seahawks vs Ravens predictions
The Ravens enter this contest on a three-game winning streak and have moved up to No. 4 on the latest ESPN power rankings. However, the Seahawks aren't too far behind at No. 10 and have gone 5-1 straight up in their last six games.
After an ugly offensive performance in their season opener, Seattle has turned things around on that side of the ball and ranks eighth in offensive EPA and fourth in success rate. Quarterback Geno Smith needs to clean up his turnovers but he still sits 11th in the league in passing grade per PFF and is surrounded by weapons like D.K. Metcalf, Tyler Lockett, and Kenneth Walker II.
Smith struggles under pressure, completing just 53.6% of his passes and averaging 5.3 yards per attempt but he ramps those numbers up to 75.9% and 8.5 ypa when kept clean in the pocket. Seattle's offensive line has been awful at times this year but they have done a better job of protecting Smith after left tackle Charles Cross came off the IL in Week 6. It's also worth mentioning that while the Ravens lead the league with 31 sacks, they rank just 25th in pressure rate.
On the other side of the ball, the Seahawks have really impressed lately, with Seattle allowing just 50 points over the last four games. They faced some terrible quarterbacks over that span, but ranking 10th in the league in defensive EPA and success rate is still impressive. They've done a particularly good job against the run, holding opponents to just 3.6 yards per carry, and that will be crucial against a Ravens team that runs the ball at the highest rate in the league.
This is a Seahawks front seven that has been solid and has gotten even better after signing Frank Clark last week and trading for Leonard Williams at the deadline. Seattle's secondary is also now healthy and playing well with rookie first-rounder Devon Witherspoon combining with sophomore Riq Woolen to form a strong cornerback duo.
To be fair, the Ravens defense has been even better but this is a pretty big spread against a team that has been as good as Seattle. Keep in mind that the Ravens have had a tough time covering these big spreads over the last few years, going just 4-14 ATS when favored by more than a field goal since the start of the 2021 season. Take Seattle with the points.
My best bet: Seahawks +6 (-110 at Caesars)

Seahawks vs Ravens same-game parlay
When building SGPs at bet365, you need to place spread and total bets at half a point. Since the Seahawks at +6 is unavailable for an SGP, let's push that spread past a key number to +7.5 instead of taking the +6.5.
The Seahawks' strong run defense should help them slow down this run-first Baltimore offense. That said, Baltimore's defense has been even better and ranks second in the league in EPA and first in opponent passer rating. With both defenses matching up well against the offenses, we should see this game go below the total.
That said, while the Ravens have been phenomenal against the pass, they've been more vulnerable on the ground. Baltimore ranks 20th in yards allowed per carry (4.1) with that number increasing to 5.3 over their last three games.
The Seahawks have been running the ball well (seventh in the league in rush EPA) and it makes sense to take the Over on their team rushing yards total since rookie Zach Charbonnet is starting to take touches away from Walker.

Seahawks vs Ravens spread and Over/Under analysis
The spread opened with the Ravens installed as 5.5-point home favorites and the O/U at 43.5. Early money came in on Baltimore and the Over, shifting the line to -6 and the total to 44.
The Ravens are 6-2 SU and 5-3 ATS this season with an average scoring margin of +10.1 points per game. After an atrocious performance in their season opener when they got crushed by the Rams, the Seahawks have gone 5-1 SU and 3-2-1 ATS.
It's worth mentioning that both teams haven't been tested much so far this season. The Seahawks have played the third-easiest schedule so far this year according to Power Rankings Guru while the Ravens have played the 10th-cushiest slate.
