The Kansas City Chiefs may very well be 8-0 and continue to lead the Super Bowl odds, but the Detroit Lions are turning heads as they've won six straight behind an offense that's scoring points for fun.
To make matters worse for the rest of the league, the Lions bolstered their defensive line by acquiring Za'Darius Smith at the NFL trade deadline.
Elsewhere, the once sexy sleeper Houston Texans continue to plummet, while the Atlanta Falcons are Dirty Bird-ing their way up the rankings. Join me as I run down the latest NFL odds below.

Super Bowl odds line movement this week
Risers
Detroit Lions (+650 to +480)
If not for an unlucky loss in Week 2 vs. the Bucs (outgained them 463-216), the Detroit Lions would be undefeated. Instead, they're 7-1 and have won six straight games with an offense that's scoring for fun.
The Lions have outscored their opponents 216-94, and Jared Goff looks like the second coming of John Elway while the run game continues to churn out yards and find paydirt.
A win against the Texans in Week 10 would put them in a great position to finish November strong, with the Jags, Colts, and Bears on deck.
Atlanta Falcons (+2,800 to +2,100)
The Atlanta Falcons are rolling right now, winners of five of their last six games, and it's in large part due to their offense.
The Falcons have put up at least 26 points in each of those five wins, and they've done so against some good teams (who were playing well at the time).
With two very winnable games on deck before their Week 12 bye — at New Orleans, at Denver — the Falcons' Super Bowl odds may shorten further if they can get to 8-3.
Fallers
Houston Texans (+1,300 to +2,200)
The Houston Texans may be 6-3 and in first place in the AFC South, but this team is dealing with plenty of injury issues that are coming back to bite them in the butt.
They've dropped two of their last three games, and the offense has not scored more than 23 points in any of those games.
With a tough game against the Lions on deck in Week 10, the Texans' odds could slip even further.
Seattle Seahawks (+4,800 to +7,500)
The Seattle Seahawks are in a world of hurt right now, losing five of their last six games and giving up at least 26 points in each of those four losses.
Their lone win during that time came against the Falcons, but even so, this is a team with plenty of issues on both sides of the football.
A loss against the Rams in Week 9 has the Seahawks' Super Bowl odds tumbling as they enter their bye week.
Dallas Cowboys (+5,500 to +10,000)
While the Dallas Cowboys were going nowhere fast, the loss of Dak Prescott for a few weeks has all but killed their hopes of making a postseason run.
They dropped their third straight game to the Falcons in Week 9 and now face a tough Eagles side that's humming right along on a four-game winning streak.
With Cooper Rush under center and CeeDee Lamb questionable, the Cowboys' Super Bowl odds have rightfully taken a tumble despite acquiring Jonathan Mingo at the deadline to help the WR room.
