2025 4 Nations Face-Off betting analysis
It's no surprise that Canada is the favorite, featuring a ton of offensive star power led by the likes of Nathan MacKinnon, Connor McDavid, Sidney Crosby, and Cale Makar. The Canadians also have a good blend of skill and toughness in the Bottom-6, but the biggest question is if the goaltending can hold up, with either Jordan Binnington or Adin Hill the likely No. 1.
Right on Canada's heels is its Southern neighbor, Team USA, which balances high-end offensive talent of its own with arguably the deepest blue line of the four teams — along with elite goaltending led by Connor Hellebuyck and Jake Oettinger.
Sweden and Finland are the long shots here, but neither roster should be taken too lightly. Sweden has depth at all three levels, led by William Nylander, Filip Forsberg, Rasmus Dahlin, and Jacob Markstrom, while Finland has top-end talent in Sasha Barkov, Sebastian Aho, Mikko Rantanen, and Miro Heiskanen... but the depth (and goaltending) falls off rather quickly.
