After the golf world watched Hideki Matsuyama win the 2021 Zozo Championship in his home country, the Tour now travels to Bermuda - where only a handful of notable players will be teeing it off for this weekend's 2021 Bermuda Championship.

The Bermuda Championship was brought onto the PGA Tour in 2019 as part of the 2020 PGA Tour season and has since become a FedEx Cup full-point event, with the winner adding 500 FedEx Cup points to their total.

Here's an early look at the favorites to win the Bermuda Championship.

Bermuda Championship pre-tournament favorites

Coming in fresh off a Eurpean Tour victory at the Andalucia Masters two weeks ago, Matthew Fitzpatrick is the solo favorite to win on the Bermuda Championship odds board at +1,100. He won the Andalucia Masters by three strokes, shooting a 6-under 278.

Two other notables coming in behind Fitz are Christiaan Bezuidenhout (+1,400) and Patrick Reed (+1,800). Bezuidenhout comes in with some form, finishing solo fifth at the European Tour's BMW PGA Championship back in September as well as solo third at the Korn Ferry Tour Championship a couple weeks prior.

Patrick Reed... not so much. After controversially missing out on the US Ryder Cup team, he missed the cut at the Shriners Champioship and finished T68 at The CJ Cup @ Summit. Reed hasn't had a T10 finish on Tour since The Memorial Tournament in June, but because of a weaker field, comes in third on the odds board at +1,800.

Below the pack at the top are a number of guys, including Mito Periera (+2,000), Hayden Buckley (+2,500), and Canadian Adam Hadwin (+2,800).

How to bet on PGA Tour odds

The most popular way to bet on golf is by simply picking the winner, which is also referred to as outright. There are plenty of other ways to wager, however. Some of the more popular markets include head-to-head betting, where sportsbooks pair up two golfers and you simply choose who you think will have the lower score over the course of the weekend or for one round only.

There are also 3-way betting markets (choose the best golfer among three choices) and group betting (choose the best golfer amongst a group of players).

Other ways to wager include Top-5/Top-10/Top-20 finish, top golfer by nationality, to make the cut/to not make the cut, and the leader after each round. Then, of course, there's the popular prop bet of whether or not there will be a hole in one at the tournament.

Where can I bet on the PGA?

You can bet on PGA odds at many online and casino sportsbooks, including PGA outrights, matchup bets, and other golf props. Head over to our best golf betting sites for the top spots to bet on PGA odds in your area.
