Margot hit his seventh homer of the season -- a 413-foot shot into the second deck in left -- with one out in the second to up the Padres' lead to 3-1.
San Diego then broke the game open in the third with four runs on six hits against Ramirez.
Urias opened the inning with an opposite-field single to right for his first major league hit. Hosmer doubled with one out, and Renfroe followed with a three-run homer to left, his 17th of the year.
