THE STORY: Kellen Moore was lightly recruited out of high school but is on the verge of becoming the winningest major college quarterback of all-time. The native of tiny Prosser, Wash., can surpass Colt McCoy’s record when No. 5 Boise State visits Nevada-Las Vegas. Moore is 45-2 as a starter to match the win total of McCoy, who played at Texas from 2006-09. The Broncos are aiming at going undefeated and landing in a BCS bowl. UNLV’s five losses are by an average of 35 points. The Rebels defeated Colorado State 38-35 last week.
