Georgia knows a thing or two about winning the Southeastern Conference's East Division. The fifth-ranked Bulldogs, after all, finished atop the standings last season. Unfortunately for Mark Richt's club, it also knows that sixth-ranked South Carolina has gotten its goat in the last two meetings. Georgia looks to exact revenge against its border rival when the undefeated clubs meet Saturday in Columbia, S.C. The Bulldogs have relied on Todd Gurley and Keith Marshall as the freshmen tandem combined for five touchdowns in last week's 51-44 shootout victory over Tennessee. The Gamecocks scored 31 unanswered points en route to their matching a school record with their ninth straight win, a 38-17 triumph over Kentucky last week.

ABOUT GEORGIA (5-0, 3-0 SEC): Last year's 45-42 setback to South Carolina still sticks in the craw of senior WR Tavarres King, who likened the three-turnover performance to "self-inflicted wounds." Georgia will try to thwart the four-man rush of South Carolina, which leads the SEC with 22 sacks - six more than second-place Texas A&M. Gurley, who leads the SEC in rushing with 536 yards, is averaging 7.9 yards per carry while Marshall (428 yards) is going at an even better clip with 8.2 yards per rush.

ABOUT SOUTH CAROLINA (5-0, 3-0 SEC): Marcus Lattimore is starting to resemble the electric running back he was prior to his debilitating knee injury. The junior rushed for 120 yards and two scores versus the Wildcats and has rolled up 364 total yards and three scores in the last two games against Georgia. Lattimore will be looked upon to expose a Bulldogs' defense that gave up 44 points last week and is ranked ninth in the SEC in rush defense (147.8 yards per game). QB Connor Shaw has shown great improvement running the ball in the wake of a shoulder injury.

EXTRA POINTS

1. Georgia junior QB Aaron Murray has collected 12 touchdowns against three interceptions, but he'll be without top target Michael Bennett. The team's leading receiver suffered an ACL injury during Tuesday's practice and will be sidelined for the season.

2. Steve Spurrier has won 14 of 19 games against the Bulldogs, with 11 of 12 coming as coach at Florida.

3. South Carolina has won 11 straight games against teams in its division.
