Last Meeting ( Sep 6, 2013 ) Wake Forest 10, Boston College 24
Boston College looks to bounce back from a 17-13 loss to No. 20 Clemson when it travels to Winston-Salem to face Wake Forest on Saturday. The Eagles have lost two out of their last three games and hope to turn their fortunes around by staying undefeated on the road. "We could be sitting here at 6-1, but we're not," coach Steve Addazio told reporters. "We've got to go get our fifth win and find a way to close these games out."
Wake Forest has slumped to three straight defeats following a 30-7 setback to Syracuse. The Demon Deacons have been outscored 93-20 during their losing skid and have dropped seven consecutive ACC games, as they aim to avenge last year's defeat to Boston College. "I've been through this before," coach Dave Clawson told reporters. "There's always a low point and I hope this is the low point, but we play some good football teams ahead of us."
