Last Meeting ( Nov 19, 2011 ) Boise State 52, San Diego State 35
Boise State can move closer to the Mountain West Conference crown when it hosts another streaking opponent in San Diego State on Saturday. The No. 14 Broncos have won seven straight games and are the only unbeaten team in conference play. The Aztecs have won four straight games and are looking to participate in a postseason bowl game for the third straight year, something never previously accomplished in school history. Boise State is in the mix for a BCS bowl and can’t afford to stumble. San Diego State is in a three-way for second place and served notice it is a contender for the title by notching an overtime road victory at Nevada on Oct. 20.
