Spanish Grand Prix favorites
Max Verstappen (-110)
The defending F1 World Drivers' Champion continued his pattern of winning or not finishing in the season's fifth race, taking the checkered flag at the inaugural Miami Grand Prix. Verstappen's win was his second in as many races and third of the year.
Now just 19 points back of Ferrari's Charles Leclerc, Verstappen is the early favorite to make it three in a row in Barcelona and continue his climb back into the title race.
Charles Leclerc (+150)
Charles Leclerc took advantage of reliability issues for Verstappen in Q3 in Miami to take pole position for Sunday's race but was unable to maintain his position, finishing second despite a late safety car giving him a second chance.
Leclerc was able to once again secure pole position on Saturday, this time for the Spanish GP. The winding nature of Circuit de Catalunya's second-and third-sectors should favor Ferrari over Red Bull and could give Leclerc an advantage.
Carlos Sainz Jr. (+1,100)
Despite Verstappen edging Leclerc for the top spot on the Spanish Grand Prix odds board, it's Ferrari's Carlos Sainz Jr., not Red Bull's Sergio Perez, who trails the two title contenders. Sainz snapped a string of poor race luck and results in Miami — after a crash in practice — finishing third to take his third podium of the season.
Assuming Sainz's errors and tough luck are behind him, at least temporarily, another podium should be ahead for the Spaniard in his home race.

Understanding F1 betting odds
The most popular way to bet on Formula 1 odds is by simply picking the winner of a particular race. Other popular F1 betting options include which car/constructor will win and whether or not a particular race car driver will end up on the podium with a Top-3 finish.
F1 race odds usually look like this:
- Sergio Perez +1,400
This means that on a $100 bet, you'll stand to profit $1,400 if Perez wins that particular race. If one driver is especially dominant, you might see a minus sign (-) ahead of that driver's odds like this:
- Lewis Hamilton -175
This means that you would need to bet $175 to win $100 on Hamilton winning the race.
