Alvarado-Rios 3

who you got? Can't wait for this one.  Going to be a slug fest.

  Can't wait, fight of the year, I would favor Rios -150, Alvarado is a dangerous opponent, but he has lost 3 of 4 (including Provodnikov brutal fight).

When they showed the picture of Alvarado the other day, his eyes had a funny look.

It all depends on who controls the fight, if they fight like the first Rios wins, if Mike boxes from distance he will probably get the decision in his hometown, both guys need this fight so I expect both to lay it all on the line. The loser's career is pretty much over, great way to call it a day (like Mickey Ward did) instead of becoming an opponent and more brain damage.

I have no idea how Alvarado can focus. He is looking at serious time for his stupidity. We're talking years in prison.

I actually think Alvarado look better against JMM than RIOS looked against Pacman..

 

What does that have to do with anything?  Manny would destroy Alvarado just as easy. Bottom line Manny and JMM make ok fighters look like bums.

Alvarado did look better against jmm than Rios vs pac but both fighters would be dominated by either of those opponents. Rios was sharper vs Chavez than Alvarado was vs ruslan. All in all, I think Rios takes this. Most likely by KO but even if it goes to decision I think Rios has the edge tonight.
