Taking a chance on former kickboxer and rising junior welterweight
prospect Sergey Lipinets to maintain his undefeated record and be the
first to stop veteran opponent Walter Castillo of Nicaragua tonight on
ESPN, probably with body shots, before the middle of the 8th round where
all of his KOs except for one have come. "I'm very thankful to be
fighting on a great network like ESPN," he said. "I'm hoping to score a
spectacular knockout and have it be shown on SportsCenter's Top 10
Plays. That would be great. One thing the fans watching can count on is
me throwing a lot of hard punches. I want to have an electrifying
performance."
I also see WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder stopping Chris Arreola early on the big PBC on Fox card on Saturday. Arreola has poor defense and his best days are behind him so I like the under 5½ rounds there. I may add some other plays later.
