I've seen some very good and interesting write-ups as well as junk. I often see many people complaining how this site lost most of it's good handicappers. For the readers and also posters, how many people on this site do you feel are decent to good? Do they write accurate information? Do they bring up topics that weren't discussed but play a major role in each fight?
I believe this site can recoup and start producing positive posts as it seems lately it has started to gain a little more debating (positive) regarding analysis and future match-ups.
GL to all! Hope to read your input and Enjoy the Pacquiao-Bradley fight!

Zouk, Mack05, Nuttyrich, Rzagza, Walktheline, Dannodanger and Thesoulpurpose know their boxing, that's about it. Some people like to fight and argue when they disagree about the out come of a fight, that is what ruins a good thing (luckily some get banned). It is always good to hear other opinions when handicapping, just incase you missed something important that was right under your nose. The good thing about this site is there are people who win a high percentage and there are people who lose a high percentage. So you get the best of both worlds, I don't have a problem with someone who loses, but don't make picks based on hate of a fighter, instead of picking the better man.

Mack does a nice analysis and the best +EV wagers to do. Walktheline adds good info even though it is sometimes opposite of many others. Soul adds quite a bit of history and detail when people are doing comparisons. Rzagza is quick and to the point on his opinion on the best way to wager a bout. Nutty adds several aspects that are not necessarily about that particular bout, but they have validity and are interesting. Danno seems solid, but I still probably haven't read enough of his previous posts to get a perspective regarding his type and angle of handicapping, but he always seems to add positive information. CD2010: Like the saying goes," It is just as important or even more so to ask the right question(s) that lead us to several answers. You add positive posts and bring up valid questions that help people add that in to their handicapping. As for the others that were not named... I do some good analysis write-ups, interesting information, new topic information regarding bouts as well as questions that help the debate go in a proper direction.
Thanks for the help CD2010!

I've seen Frank post some interesting stuff, just not that often. Qncky1 use to battle on here with me for some reason, but that's long gone. Actually after the constant attacks both ways, he started writing some solid posts. Geez Soul, I wish you had the heart to say I was the one on the list that was a.... phony puppet (lol) !
I'm about 20 minutes from the Boxing HOF right now. Earlier we were at the Rusty Rail where they held a party but I stayed less than an hour. Tonight was my mom's birthday so I'm back in upstate NY for now. I might head over again to the HOF Saturday (today;tomorrow) while the action was going, then head back to a party for the Belmont Stakes (which sucks now because "I'll Have Another" is not running for the Triple Crown). Later Saturday evening a few famous names in boxing are headed over to the Turning Stone Casino for a party. Eleven years ago today I remember flying back to Albany then traveling to the TS Casino to watch the fight between Laila Ali vs Jacqui Frazier. It was under a temporary outside tent they had, but it was a great fight. I was in the reception hall speaking with my cousin and I backed up to as I was leaving and almost banged heads with Laila who was apparently going to start doing autographs in there. I made a gesture that I though it was Evander the way she came at me head first and had a few minute convo and a bye. I didn't get to meet Jacqui. I'm not a fan that wants autographs or pictures, etc... unless it's for a friend who is a big fan. I remember at age 11 getting Joe Morris's autograph from the NY Giant Superbowl Champions, but I gave it to a very nerdy kid everyone picked on as he was a huge Giants fan. Soul: If you are a fan that collects picture signed autographs that are personalized I'd get one for you from either Hearns or Hagler if I get the chance. My old trainer was my connection to the old timers and now I don't really have any inside pull or connects. Roach is also getting his induction along with Buffer. I've never met Hagler or Hearns, the closest I got was closed circuit Hagler vs Leonard as a teenager. BTW- I watched Leonard vs Hearns live in 1989 (LV) on TV and never watched it again. I thought Hearns won the fight decisively enough, but that was 23 years ago. How did you score it?

obviously not talking about you as the one who's knowledge is average at best, as for leonard vs hearns 2 the difference in that one was that ray did not really want to be there, you could tell this by the look in his eyes during the ring walk, tommy had as they put it "the eye of the tiger" and in the end tommy deserved it for sure. I am not a real autograph guy myself either unless we are talking salvador sanchez, dempsey, monzon, liston, gans, sullivan, wilde, ketchel, langford (I do have a good one of me, fullmer and basilio that I got a few years back at the HOF and a pep vs saddler photo autographed by both) but the offer is appriciated, I do know that dempsey was a guy from the past that would spend hours autogaphing, his stuff is out there, but for the most part I suspect that it is not for sale, same goes for john L . a lot signed but most likely not for sale and obviously too fucking pricey even if it was. I also just got done watching phantom punch with ving rhames, a bio of liston and I must say that I am disappointed, they had a winner but fucked it up, I would give it a 6 out of 10. also upstate new york is a nice area, I go to syracuse a couple of times a year to watch college basketball, go orange, also will be hitting up nebraska vs wisconsin on sept 29 in nebraska I am hyped, big fan of nebraska football. first time seing them live, either way have a good time at the hall,
