I think someone needs to step up and ask Floyd about his beef with Top Rank, and/or Bob Arum.
This is so ridiculous it's just absurd. I think he owes us an explanation as consumers, since there is a huge possibility that this apparent beef is stopping us from being able to view a fantastic sporting even, not even mentioning the fact we will pay him for it!!!!

Probably because Bob is always talking sh!t about him, but no smart business man would ever let feelings or emotions get in the way of money (esp. big money), that is something a woman would do. Could you see Don King not making a fight cause he didn't like someone? (never happen).
Good thing is people will look at Floyd Legacy or resume when he's done and without fighting Manny, Cotto (prime), Margarito, Paul Williams along with not fighting Sergio Martinez when he offered to come down to 150 and take 20% (but he'll fight Cotto for same belt at higher weight), his legacy will be suffer.
Not the best resume at 147, not with the depth of good fighters at the weight (Maidiana twice, Guerrero, JMM 135 version, etc, but no prime 147 fighter).

He said in interviews earlier he wants to fight pacquaio, he had no problems then, after Pacquaio accepts all his ridiculous conditions, "Bob Arum is the problem". Please...such a coward, shamelessly ducking manny for too long now.

Seems like Floyd wants to be undefeated when he retires but does that mean as much now as it did when Hagler, Hearns, Leonard, Duran and even guys like John Mugabi were in their prime?

I think it's important, but you have to understand the ENTIRE Mayweather brand is based upon this, "The Best Ever" "TBE" campaign that a loss on his resume is potentially disasterous.

He has followed the path of least resistance ever since the 1st Castillo fight (a fight he lost), at 147, he fought weak comp (avoiding Paul Williams, Margarito, Cotto, even retired rather than rematch De La Hoya). After the Judah fight (close fight, Zab didn't get a knock down, 7-5 fight), he has fought slower opponents and usually smaller also.

I'm telling yo... you are so correct!!!! Every fight post-Judah has been well orchestrated in order to preserve that "0".
That "0" is everything to him.. In his mind that "0" WILL be his legacy.
He wants to retire 50-0 I'm sure, just to say he was better than Marciano. Funny thing is all the Ali fans always say Rocky wasn't even good (they are usually the same fans as Mayweather).
Oh well it is his legacy, considering he isn't the most fun to watch, he will be forgotten by most fans after a couple of years and definitely not the best ever. Great fighters are remembered by their great fights, Ali had Frazier and Foreman, Ray Robinson had Jake Lamotta and he fought everybody (some more than once), Ray Leonard fought Hearns, Duran and Hagler.
