Long odds on "BHop" in Vegas tells me one thing...........Vegas wants the public on BHop.
 
Seems like a trap to me---taking BHop north of +200.

You sound like Dan Birmingham before the Lacy fight. Calzaghe fights 3 minutes of every round, and he doesn't fade late. Hopkins tends to come on strong late, but he gives rounds away early, and that will be suicide against Calzaghe. Who are you claiming doesn't have any defense? Kessler is a very sound boxer defesnively, and he certainly hits harder than Hopkins. Your post seems to conclude that Calzaghe won't be able to stop Bernard, and you won't find any argument on that point. But there's a huge difference between B-Hop surviving 12 rounds and winning.

you said Kessler.  Kessler  is a overrated fighter.  He doesn't have great defensive skills.  But we'll see who's the better fighter on saturday night. I'm for Hopkins

Calzaghe is already crying about the so-called dirty tactics Hopkins uses when he fights.  I call it ring savy.   The ref says before the fight begins "to protect yourself at all times".  Hopkins has too and will turn this match into an ugly fight.   Hopkins loses this fight if he gives away to many early rds like he did against J. Taylor.   Other than that, I see Bernard winning by split decision.

Yeah right!  In 4 hours, your going see an Old Man teach a 12 round boxing lesson to this fucking Euro clown.  He hasn't fought anybody that's compared to Hopkins.  For you to say hopkins is old and finished tells me u know nothing.  Joe hasn't fought anybody.  Lacy and Kessler  are overrated boxers. Bernard has been in this situation before with tougher opponents and who was the one that was running there mouth, after they beat kessler saying they wanna face B-Hop.  White boy Joe from Wales.  TAKE MY WORD FOR IT.  HOPKINS WINS BY DECISION.  Picking average Joe is the sucker bet.

NEWS FLASH: Hopkins is 8 years older than me. I'm not saying I could lace 'em up and knock him down but Calzaghe fights a flurry of punches style that will take advantage of Hopkins' weight lifting, muscle-bound aging body. Don't hold your breath for this one to go the distance. This fight is about $$ and Hopkins one last gasp before retirement. Calzaghe will have his in a year or so. Circle of life, kiddies.

I don't think anyone is going to get dominated tonight. But I like Hopkins to take this one. Does anyone  remember the odds were when Hopkins fought Tarver or Winky?

kevk, I think this line is designed for you to remember that B-Hop was a 3-1 dog to Tarver and a near 2-1 dog against Winky at fight time.
