There is NOTHING to worry about, all sports books go with the initial ruling it is considered final.
I know they "changed" the decision but the result on Saturday stands as called if a BOOK is trying to take back, remove all your dough and put it in 5dimes.

The correct decision in "No Decision" in California (no contest in Nevada). Hopkins jumped on his back, and Dawson threw him down. You can't go with the result of a fighter's actions, the intention is what is suppose to be penalized. If Hopkins bunny-hop on Dawson back cause Dawson's back to give out, what should they rule? If Ortiz's jumping lunging headbutt split open a major gash on Mayweather, should he have been DQ'd?

Actually when in 2003, I had a friend do a prop bet for LSU as national champs. He was using a site now long gone CyberInterSports. He had 30 or 40-1 odds for $100. LSU won the BCS, but Oklahoma won the AP so the site said he lost. They had no rules regarding if it was BCS, AP, etc... I told him that because their rules didn't say it, he wins or gets refund, but I stressed to give them HELL and reports them at the time to Sportsbookreview.com and for a minor 3k they lose credibility in rating status. I explained also that although the BCS in 1998 was considered the Championship game, it wasn't totally clear. In 2006- today, the BCS National Championship game is recognized as the single champs when prop betting (and they now state BCS). Against the odds, they paid him. Also, when Neteller shut-down in 2006 I remember their was over 300 million in people's accounts, and after the seizure I assumed very few would get paid. Unlike the FullTilt SCAM, they had the funds to cover it and took over a year to pay everyone. In was late August 2006 Pinnacle (the best sportsbook ever) shut down US services, and they always knew the headsup as they were the sharpest sportsbook, so I pulled 80% online money out. Then I cleared out Neteller prior to January 2007, Neteller was seized and and fined 100 million. They seized over 55 million in US funds, but the US DOJ declared all funds will be returned as the company assets are worth much more. It took around a year or so and everyone I know or heard from online got refunded. I would have again bet against that happening as I didn't know Netellers Financial Company Assets even though they were public.

it would seem that most gamblers would be more than happy to return the winnings over in the aftermath of the reversal in the spirit of good sportmanship and fair play
