Kessler-Ward- My Take.... Short & Sweet

Question

I normally favor Speed over power, but not in this match-up. I just think Kessler is a full grade higher in Class.. then Ward. Kessler throws nice short compact punches which doesn't allow for an easy counter-punch to find it's mark. At some point in the bout Ward will be forced to exchange & I just feel Kessler should get the best of these encounters. Louisville might be faster then the Celtics in Pro Hoops but who do you think would win 9 out of 10 times? I'm guessing it would be Boston. Class usually rises to the top & I'm not convinced that Ward is ready for the likes of Kessler, at this point in his career. That's my Story & I'm sticking to it.

I think supporters of bith fighters have valid claims when it comes to picking their fighters. Ward will have to special to win. Thats what Ward supporters will be hoping for. Some fighters only show their best when the standard of the bar is raised high. I for one hope Ward can up his game and give us a performance we don't forget for awhile.

Kessler backers can say that he is the experienced man. He has fought the better fighters and is VERY technically sound. I believe Kessler will be in the semi's and a very good chance he is in the final win or lose tonight because he aint losing to Froch and he aint losing to Taylor.

So tonight we will either see a clinical European style performance and a pretty one sided Kessler win or he coming of age of a new boxing superstar. I for one hope its B. Not because I have money on it but for the sake of the super 6 and boxing. This tournemant will lose alot of US viewers if 3 of the final 4 are Europeans. Good luck with your plays

Congratulations to all Ward backers. Speed certainly trumped experience in this one. If Ward would have revealed before the fight... that G-D was backing him, I might have changed by bet.
