You guys ever seen"one flew over the cuckoo's nest?" because thats what you two are for thinking Mosley has even a chance in this fight.Maybe 5 year ago but not now.
Might as well flush your Mosley money down the toliet and save yourself the time of having to watch the fight

So I guess you're going LARGE on PBF...ehhh? NOPE. lol.
Mosley may be physically older than Floyd, but he is better prepared to face adversity because he has continuously tested himself in battle against the best available. Since moving to welterweight, Floyd has done no such thing. His wins at welterweight were against the unheralded Carlos Baldomir (who despite being champion, was never viewed as an elite welterweight), the underachieving Zab Judah (who had already dropped a fight he should never have lost against Baldomir), the undersized Ricky Hatton (who was already proven too small for the division when he struggled badly with Luis Collazo), and the grossly undersized Juan Manuel Marquez (who had absolutely no business fighting a welterweight). These are the fighters Floyd faced after first making the jump to welterweight against Shambra Mitchell in November 2005! That’s nearly five years without a true challenge! The list of opponents he did not face during that duration is far more impressive than those he did.
Mosley will be the first legitimate threat Mayweather has ever faced at welterweight. While almost everyone is willing to admit that Mosley might well be Mayweather’s toughest fight to date, few seem willing to admit that Mayweather is ill-prepared to face adversity because of his refusal to prove himself against top welterweights in recent years. Now, Mayweather is finally testing himself against a top level fighter who is hungry and motivated. Mosley may be older, but unlike Floyd, he has always been willing to prove his greatness with the best and he has always dared to be great. This alone will provide another huge advantage for Shane on fight night.

I think you need to do some research on how Mosley has faired in previous figters against top counter punchers

Now the author Geoffrey Ciani as most of you here know is co-host and head honcho of Off the Ropes boxing show. If you have never heard the show have a listen. Always a great hours entertainment if you love boxing, which most of us on this site do -> https://www.eastsideboxing.com/news.php?p=23461&more=1
Jenna J is hot too. Now I like Geoff Ciani. The guy loves his boxing and he seems like a really nice guy. The show is great BUT Geoff is a notoriously bad predicator of fights. He gets most wrong and in this case he has got it BADLY wrong in my opinion.
To me Shane Mosley is not a big occasion fighter. Bar the Oscar fight any big test/big fight he has lost. Sorry guys I do not consider A Margherito a Big test. He is such a gifted boxer, but I will always question the guys mental toughness. Floyd whether you like him or not is just a class above everything (including Pacquaio IMO). The only fighter, I could see him struggle with is Paul Williams. Floyd believes in his heart he is the best. Shane doesn't.
I think Floyd puts on a boxing clinic. I know Nazeem Richarson is a good trainer but Shane is still not in Floyd's league. Floyd easy and I think even late stoppage (corner pulls Mosley out).

Over the only way to go for me. Floyd will be defensive & pot shot as usual. Mosley probably too past his prime to out point Mayweather. I would lay up to 4-1 on the Over & hope for no headbutts or cuts.

For anyone backing Floyd on points, I wouldn't try to hard to convince you otherwise. This is the obvious play. Sugar Shane has a rock solid chin and Floyd is a safety first fighter. This SHOULD leat to a Floyd points win. I know Rich has called this since the fight came out and as I said I wouldn't try to hard to change his mind here as this Should hit. The books have the Points outcome at nearly -200. That tells you all you need to know right there. -175 for a points win to me repesents absolutely NO value. Especially when I can take Floyd to win outright at -350. Ok for the small gamblers thats a big difference in odds but if your betting big on this fight which I already have, then there isn't a huge amount of difference to playing the SU instead of points.
Sometimes in the gambling game though, you just play on your hunch. Now most times that hunch will turn out to be wrong but the ones that are right are sweet and pay off at good odds. I have played Floyd huge at -350. I just don't see him losing this fight. I will also be playing Floyd TKO +400 but not that big. Just a small saver.
If Shane wins good on him and the guys that backed him at what looks on paper a fantastic price on such a gifted fighter. It will be back to the day job for me if Sugar wins. But, I am very confident Floyd takes this and in style too.
