I have Martinez, better counter puncher, stronger, and better defense.

Again this comes from a guy who loves Paul Williams. I just don't see any way he can adjust to Martinez. Martinez has very few flaws, he doesn't do anything  "great" but  on the flip side he limits what his opponents can do as far as a game plan.

If you look at the knock downs Paul's and Martinez, Martinez had him HURT where as Paul's knockdown of Martinez was more of exhaustion and side of the head.

Personally don't know why Paul Williams is taking this fight, he should have coasted in the 147 division make pac/floyd are doing.

Reminds me of Shane Mosley (Taking tough fights he shouldn't) against Winky Wright and Vernon Forest.

Will Paul Williams ever be the same after that war he had? Martinez is.. I don't know if Paul can handle another war.

I like Martinez as much as it pains me to go against a guy who I love as a fighter.. but styles make fights and Martinez really has it all as a fighter.

Unless Martinez gets cut (which I have a bad feeling about) he has a great chance at winning.
