There is no way Floyd loses this fight mate! Most people think he will win a decision but im in the belief that the total disparity in talent will show and Floyd stops him....

Too many people hopping on the PBF based on his rep of the past and frankly I question anyone who actually has watched the Hitman fight.&#xD;&#xA;PBF is the favourite, but not as much as the odds suggest. At best 55/45 IMO hence I take the inflated odds on Hatton to win. Also I know Hatton has to KO PBF to win, if it goes to the cards he clearly is fighting an uphill battle.

I dont agree here rod but I respect your pick, your pick is well correlated, if hattons wins it wont be by decision but I really think it is a huge difference in talent in this fight, if PBF studied hatton which I think he did, he wont let hatton use his "strategies" like holding and all that shit, PBF is too smart and fast for hatton I dont think PBF will let hatton get inside him he will out box him and hatton will have to change his strategy losing all he has....

The boxing board here takes on a different look when a mega-mega fight&#xD;&#xA;week arrives.  Putdowns and uninformed breakdowns seem to become the norm. Just some brief thoughts of mine about the fight itself&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;How is Hatton going to beat Mayweather?&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;One thing is determination and not taking a backward step. So many of Mayweather&#x27;s previous opponents are beaten before they step into the ring. Hatton has talked the talk so far in the leadup and you only have to look at the way he fights to know that he won&#x27;t be intimidated by Mayweather. Of course he hasn&#x27;t fought the pedigree that Mayweather has fought nor does he have the "big fight" experience but he has fought in Vegas a few times now and has fought 3 times this year.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Hatton&#x27;s gameplan will be simple IMO - keep harrasing PBF with short sharp bursts of punches and get out . This isn&#x27;t going to be pretty, there will be lot of grabbing, holding and wrestling. I can see him employ a very similar and specific tactic as he used against Tszyu where he will close the ring down to favour and work off the left jab following it with the body punches. People can say that PBF will have the speed to ensure that this doesn&#x27;t happen but there will be times where Hatton will get his chances and with each of the rounds being invariably close it will be a case of who gets the cleaner punches in. &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Concerns:-&#xD;&#xA;*Hatton&#x27;s last fight at Welterweight against Collazo he laboured through much of the fight. However on the flipside his preparation for this fight has been much more precise, flying to Vegas 2 weeks out from the fight and looks in much better shape this time around.&#xD;&#xA;*Hitman is susceptible to getting cuts which could even cause a stoppage of the fight. It&#x27;s a problem he has had over his whole career.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;good luck should be a great fight and like I have said above will be much closer than what people are predicting IMO hence I have taken the &#x2B; money.

Love Hatton in this fight Rod. I hadn&#x27;t seen the kid until the Kostya fight (sob, sob) and we all know how that ended. Sure Kostya may have fought one fight too many, but there wasn&#x27;t any other welterweights to beat. What struck me in that fight was that he came with a plan, and he didn&#x27;t budge from it. &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;As you have noted, Hatton won&#x27;t be intimidated by Mayweather as it is Mayweather who has all the pressure on him.
