Well here you go. Tonights fight has no real value. I would be totally stunned if Vitali does not win this by KO. Arreloa is completely outclassed and out of his depth. The Books believe this too and the price of -500 is not very tempting. So to make a bit of money need to parlay and I love the look of Abraham v Taylor. Taylor has lost what aura he had and going to Germany is a big ask to beat AA.
 
So to win 1k bet $1600 which pays $1000 plus the return.  
Sooner or later I got to get one wrong but until I do keep tailing!

Mack Arreola was done in the next rounds anyways even if they didn't stop it.

You know I like Jermaine against Abraham..:) Abraham isn't a pure 168 fighter, Jermaine is!

It will be a good fight, but I can see Jermaine winning!

How Froch/Dirrell? Who do you like, between the two of them Froch and Dirrel they make me nervous as they can look very good and bad at times.

Anyone know whats oging on with the David Diaz fight? Can't find shit anywhere...he's on my parlay and would appreciate any info.

I can't seem to be able to make a thread either. I keep getting an error, actually might have happened the last time I was here about a week or two ago. Fucking annoying to say the least.

I searched everywhere man, I even found a LINk to the damn fight last night that was in Quebec and PPV only in their country(Pascal). Yet this is the first time I've I'm come dry!

Thankfully you won, Diaz is now a gate keeper, and Chavez retires!

Rich I think Dirrell is a better fighter but to raw for Froch right now. Love Froch in this spot

Dirrell is too raw?  He has excellent boxing skills, better than Froch's in my opinion.  Froch wants it to be a war, I'd imagine, while Dirrell will be content to box Froch's ears off all night.

Dirrell/Froch is an even money fight IMO. Dirrel is super fast, but his boxing IQ doesn't match his athletisism (see Hanshaw fight), and the fact that he doesn't like being hit will make him vulnerable to Froch's faints and steady pressure (Froch can crack BTW). Froch has trouble with fighters that are quicker than he is, but he just finished fighting 2 very fast black guys and that experience should help him alot. Dirrell has the better outside game, but I don't know if he can win rounds backpedalling in Nottingham. I can easily see both fighters getting hurt. I'm leaning towards Dirrell based on his excellent outside game (Froch can be outboxed early). I feel Direll will have learned the lessons of Taylor (double jab and lead right work great on Froch) and Pascal (don't waste energy) and Dirrell should be ahead after 10 rounds but those champioship rounds are gonna be a bitch! I wouldn't be surprised to see a controversial hometown draw though.

Danno here is why Froch will win. Who has Dirrell really beaten? He hasn't beaten anyone yet. Froch has beaten Pascal who now has franked the form and beaten JT in his home patch. That JT fight will have brought him on a ton. Froch is a lot better then he showed that night and I think being out of his comfort zone effected him. Dirrell has to travel to the Nottingham arena and face Froch in his home town in a Intimadating little venue...Adding Froch is the home fighter which means if its close he wins. Froch aint knocking Froch out and he is way too raw to pull this off. This will not be a cakewalk for Froch but he wins for sure...

Hey since we have a healthy dialogue going, why don't we start a NEW thread on the Froch/Dirrell  fight.

This will help many gain insight, we know Mack knows his stuff and Danno does also, and so many other so here too... good way to get everyone involved.

This  will be a great Tournament and finally fights WORTH our discussion, the past two weeks have been a joke on us!.

So shall we make a thread SOLELY on Froch Dirrell??

Let others benefit from this good information going back and forth, and let the others who have good knowledge step in also.

Please label it "Froch/Dirrell Fight Discussion"  so people know!

Mack, get off your high horse.  From what I've seen you arent exactly going out on a limb with picks like Vitali by KO (he stops everyone), and the Froch victory was more luck than anything,  Most believe Dirrell won the fight.

Let me guess...you like Chad Dawson -190 and Lucien Bute -150 by decision.  And the over rds in Kessler-Ward -230.  You are a genius.

I dont give a damn what you bet, just cant stand tools like you who start threads to pound their chest when all you do is pick favorites anyway.  Anyone can do that.  Get an underdog upset pick right, then come barking.

I like Ward a tad only b/c he might get a fortunate Oakland decision vs Kessler ala Froch vs Dirrell.  I will wait to see the win by DEC prop on Ward b/c he sure as hell isnt knocking Kessler out.

Hey Rzagza-  Bail out pal.  Mack knows his stuff and a lot of us appreciate his sharing-  go bash someone who loses money.  Vitali w/KO combined with Abraham was $$$$$$$$ .  Lots of people lost money on underdog Dirrell, not considering the venue and the fact that he's a runner .  I'll nail -140 favorites all day.  Go load up on chocolate at Hershey's there in Pennsylvania and be happy.  Mack talk's the talk but he walks the walk also
