Edmonton has a STRONG history in Winnipeg.  QB change this season, but Harris has been very good on the road.

2016 away 4-3 ATS

2017 away 7-0 ATS

2018 away   5-4 with 4 moneyline cashes when the line has been >+3

In my opinion history has shown T Harris has excelled on the road winning road games when getting points.  Edmonton is a nice dog tonight.

Last season Winnipeg was 6-2 ATS when laying more than -3 at home

before last season they were 8-16 ATS.  In this dog league In my opinion there will not be soft lines in Winnipeg this season and some sort of regression will be taking place.
