Hamilton @ Ottawa

This should be a high line and I love dogs.  Last week the favorites covered 3 of 4.  Time for a bounce off that.

Ottawa was 15-3 last season and is now sitting at 3-3.  Lost their QB and are sill a mash unit with all kinds of injuries.

None of us are big Ottawa fans but this line should be at least +7 and I will make this point.

Hamilton has a poor history on the road, sure they can over come that against a crappy team, but here is the thing that has me hungry for Ottawa this week

Hamilton has Averaged less than 19 points thus far this season.  On the road they have averaged less than 15 points thus far (4 Games)

If the line is at least +7 Ottawa can be in this all game.  Sure Ottawa's last 2 games their D have been a sieve but thats not going to be the case all season.  Even in the first 4 games the D was great and they werent going to keep that pace either. 

This is an outside the box pick against a team that historically is bad on the road that has only averaged 15 points on the road in a spot that they should fail.

In the NFL dome dogs >6 points after a bye week are very strong.  I think this could qualify here as well

History is on Ottawa side versus Hamilton.  Although gamblers may require a strong stomach, blindly betting ugly underdogs is usually profitable in the long term.  Especially in the CFL. 

Watford didnt impress but Hamilton has covered 4-0 the last 4 games and 7 of 8 halves covered.

Ottawa +5.5 1st half and if the game is out of hand early I will get a nice line in the 2nd H

Ottawa has been horrid but Watford didnt light it up last week

If Ottawa gives the game away early I think this 2nd H could settle down.

This is a game no database supports my position on Ottawa here.  Just a fade of a team on fire 

Of note Hamilton weakest is road games.  historically pretty bad.  Not bad last season at 6-4 but still. I think 8.5 for the game is still too many unless Watford kills em or D Davis gives the game away.

in 2014 Ottawa sucked in their return to the league but since then Ottawa has been fantastic before 2019

Really hard to back the Redblacks this year.  Every time I layed $$ on them they have burned me.  Still, I think your right you take the points at home

Redblacks put up another stinker.  They are a bad team, I'd need at least 10+ to even consider them 

No question and I am shocked Hamilton keeps rolling as long as Masoli is out. I do think their regression is on the way, but I guess their record has them close to .500

I hate being opposite Indigo but I have to stay on my own path.  The favorites have been dominate in the cfl as of late and I’m throwing down opposite on the recent trend.  It’s a pretty even match so I ride the dog. 

Interesting news brewing in Argo land why would they openly rumor bringing in coach Chris Jones.  Does this effect the players?

I am taking Montreal +2.5 against Toronto and BC +1 against Sask 

Midseason change in defensive direction....  YES!!!   This will effect the whole club from staff to players.  This is a stupid move and I can't believe they did this.  The timing is horrible.  Will it effect this particular game?  IDK.  However, I do believe Montreal will come to play tonight and Vernon Adams will be dialed in and might even be lead rusher in game since argos can't seem to tackle an infant child.  Finally, Toronto has a lot of players out (Als have a few too) so I am confused why most of covers is on the "baby blues".  Lets go Als....
