0-2 on opening week in the CFL, down a few bucks to start the season. Still confident as ever. I should of never lost that Hamilton bet. They led for most of the game and should of at least covered the 4.5. It was a horrible loss. The kicker for Toronto pulls a hamstring and this actually worked against me. Early in the 4th on 3rd and 5 the Argos decide to go for it , instead of kicking an easy FG. I do believe if the kicker doesn't get hurt the Argos attempt a FG in that situation.
BC -4 ( 2 units )
Laid 4 points in this game with a little higher juice and I do believe the number will close around 5.5. Home opener for the Lions and I do think they'll bounce back from a 44-32 loss last week against the mighty Jon Cornish. I like the fact that starters played the entire game for BC in WEEK 1. That's a good sign of work ethic being on the forefront.
SASK / MON UNDER 53.5 ( 1 unit )
I played the Under ( 53 ) last week as the closing number dropped to 49. Now was the 38-33 score misleading ?? A little somewhat !! A couple of special teams TDs along with an interception return which set up another major. I'm coming right back with the Under again.
SASKATCHEWAN -1 ( 1 unit )
Both teams coming off impressive wins on opening week. Cornish runs for 173 and I think sheets ran for about 150. I have to check. I'm going with the home team in this one. Saskatchewan ranks #1 in the CFL as far as hostile territory is concerned.
HAMILTON -7
I'm not going to change my mind !! I still think Hamilton is the best team in the East. The Ticats won't lose this game so It's just the matter of getting the cover. 7 out of the 8 teams in this league have Tier 1 and 2 QBs except for the Edmonton Eskimos. Mike Reilly won't last long in the CFL. He completed less than 50% of his passes last week and threw for 3 picks.

Happy 4th to all the Americans.

Re: Calgary-Saskatchewan total under. If any game is to be low scoring, this might be the best chance. Western teams may still have better defenses and higher probability of total unders? Also Regina is expected to have the most rain and wind of any CFL city on gameday.

Amend that to a MTL-WIN UNDER ( sure that is what you want).
How often does Congi ring a 37 yarder off a post inside a dome let alone the rook, Gable, not securing the ball before he ran on that 2nd to last play of the game with nothing but 3 Ticats between him and the EZ 12 yds. away?
Either of those conversions wins a game that the Ticats led for most but it was def the game of the week.
I like the fact that Burris didn't get many 3 and outs as was often the case LY and that was even with them abandoning the run early in the 1st Q. after Lamar got them 31 quick yards on the ground and Henry played one of the best games of his career. But the "D" blew 4 bad pass coverages and left that hole wide open for Kackert to burst through.
Other than that I believe this defense will be much improved this year as they move forward and I really like the tandem of Austin as HC and Steinaeur as DC at the helm.
Wish you well this year. LY will be a tough act to follow.

Getter back this week buddy. I love MON in their home opener tonight against a BOMBERS team that may have a letdown after their home/stadium opener last week. Kinda surprised and a lil bummed not to see you on the AL's.
And I'm still worried about the TiCats D and how that will effect them on a grey cup run BUT the ESKS are the worst team in ther league and I'm hammering the Cats this week. MON ML to HAM ML is my biggest play this week.....cheers and BOL to ya champ

You know your stuff. 3 plays in a row!! I might just quit my job and tail your CFL plays!! PLEASE tell me you can do this (and will post) your plays for NFL as well!
You are awesome. I have to admit I was a little worried when Cal got out to a lead but I had faith in your pick. Tomorrow is a free game. Either way a nice profit was made in week two
Thanks again
Corona:)
