The current line is Calgary -10.5 and 54.5. Free money.

Calgary has already stampeded  over and dominated the hapless Edmonton Eskimos 52-5 and 56-15 in the last two games they have RECENTLY played each other. It will not make any real significant difference that Eskimos are now at home for this game. I will be going hard on Calgary unless the line goes to Calgary -45. Only then would I possibly consider Edmon.

Projected Final Score: Calgary 52  Edmon 14

Good luck on that Clepto....but would hate for you too risk much on Edmonton. Calgary is a far superior team. Edmonton will not stay within 30 pts of Cal.

You are obviously new here but.... You are correct Calgary should Handle the Eskimos without incident. I'm in...

38-17 is my guess and I am giving them some credit.

EDM are 1-7 ATS in their last 8 games in September.
  • EDM are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 home games.
  • EDM are 8-17 ATS in their last 25 Fri. games.

    Edmonton Eskimos players may not have been pleased when head coach Richie Hall said on Tuesday that  a high school team could have beaten them the way they played in Calgary on Monday, but they certainly understood and couldn't disagree with the comment.

    Calgarys starters only played 2.5 quarters the other day in that ass romping.  I myself will be starting my weekend teaser directly on the nose of Calgary..and perhaps West Virginia

    one thing i can say here calgary line is inflated at maximun
    -11 on the road? whatever those 2 games in calgary was total blowouts
    those games are in the books, its a brand new game,this time played in edmonton , you play edmonton or nothing with that spread
    i will probably not play at all.
    i like hamilton and winnipeg this week
    ticats -3 already means books expecting ticats win by more than3
    winnipeg is little risky but +4 only already means books expecting something from those bluebombers,books are attracting people to bet montreal and saska in this weeks' line at first look
    usuallt those are losers.

    In other words, this team is still not a team, it will take them some time to gel. Friday's game will improve, but won't be enough time to beat the 8-1 Stampeders as that Stampede through Edmonton.

    The Edmonton Eskimos are rushing in a replacement for the injured Arkee Whitlock.

    Recent acquisition Brad Lester will start at running back in Friday’s rematch against the Calgary Stampeders after Whitlock injured his foot in last Monday’s Labour Day Classic. “We’ve got a lot of guys hurt, so I met with coach (Tuesday) and I’m probably going to get a lot of snaps Friday and I’m really looking forward to it,” said Lester, who was placed on the Eskimos practice roster after signing as a free agent on Aug. 23. “I’ve only been here for about a week and a half, so the system’s still new to me.

    And the Excuses will continue as this team tries to find itself....

    The only thing i`am worried about my stamps over the years have always played bad in edmonton...Last year they won by 3 and it was a close game and they won it on the last play of the game..I still think 11 points on the road is alot but this edmonton team is a joke so who knows.

    Those Eskis and Stamps were 2 different teams then The Stamps are Better and The Eskis have had numerous changes their still trying to get use to. Stamps Stam again, just not as bad at home, but they will covet the 11.

    If you're the 2-7 Eskimos, what now? You've already canned a GM and two coaching positions have changed. You're on a short week, playing a team that has torched you for over 100 points in two games and your confidence level is somewhere down around your arches.
     
    And they've replaced numerous players that will be starting for the first time tonight.
     
    How can The Eskis possibly win this? I am looking to put in a very LARGE wager on this game and looking for a reason to not take the Stamps straight up. No points. ML wager. Someone let me know why this game doesn't repeat itself. I can't see how just being at home will help.

    The offence has gone all Pinball Wizard, racking up 156 points in its past three starts. Only the Doug Flutie-inspired '94 crew - the one that gorged itself on a club record 698 points - compiled more in three straight games for the red-and-white, at 162.
