MONTREAL -165 MONEY LINE ( 3 units ) Without hesitation it's gonna be Montreal on the Money Line for me. The line for the Grey Cup opened at Montreal -6.5 and 54. It's been bet all the way down to 3.5 and 51. This line will probably close at 3 by game time. Like most Championship finals the favorite is usually inflated. This game is no exception as the early bettors grabbed Saskatchewan at 6.5 and 6. The total was bet down to 51 but that's probably due to weather. Scattered flurries and light winds are expected with a temperature of -8 for kick off. Just a typical November day in Western Canada. I don't think the weather will be a factor and i do have a small lean on the OVER. For anyone backing the RoughRiders right now, I hope you realize that -3 is what the line should be and there is certainly no value in Saskatchewan as of now. Obviously most people that are backing Saskatchewan are using the ''REVENGE FACTOR"" as their logic. If this was a regular season game I'd probably factor in the revenge into my handicapping analysis, but in a CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL BOTH TEAMS BRING THEIR A-GAME. Montreal has been in the Grey Cup 8 out of the last 11 years and they've never won B2B Grey Cups. How's that for incentive and motivation.
GAME BREAKDOWN
QB---------edge Calvillo RB---------even ( I'd rather have Coubourne he's a passing threat coming out of the backfield) Receivers----Small edge Montreal OL----------even kicking Game-----edge Duval Def Line-----Small edge Sask Secondary-----Small edge Sask ( that's probably because Montreal get's a little too aggressive and penalties have become their achillies heel ) Coaching-------Trestman ( We all saw what happened last year )
Good luck whichever side you choose.
It's been a great two years here posting my CFL on Covers

I respect your picks as a cfl capper but this time I have to agree to disagree.
Edge to Mon receivers .Nope
RRRIDERS ml all day
One homer to another!!!
After Fantuz, Dressler and Getzlaf their is a big drop off in the Receiving corps for the Roughriders. The Als go 5 deep with Watkins as a deep threat, Richardson, Green and Bratton all excellent wideouts. Ben Cahoon is one of the best slant receivers in the CFL and Couboune is also a threat.
EDGE---------MONTREAL WITHOUT A DOUBT !!!!!!!!
GL IN YOUR BETS
