Why can't the Argos be more disciplined. Every week they commit stupid penalties. confused

Harris is still in NOT running the ball (he is pathetic). Why is he not warming the bench while someone else gets an opportunity?

I took Toronto after much inner debate, -1.5...the Covers "experts" picked Hamilton and Edmonton....Arogos looks so rancid most of the first half I tried to bet an Hamilton in-play, but couldnt get it...CFL is funny that way these teams start out looking like turd and come on like gangbusters in the end moneybag
