The indicators of going against the Bombers are pretty great, eh?
If you add "and DIV and t:wins>=o:wins and site" it becomes more so.

It appears the Ticats are changing QB's this week. Masoli out Evans in.
Ticats still have WR injuries so I am not all in on this move, but it does provide an interesting twist.

# Play 2: Ticats pick -125
Better QB and in week 1 the Ticats were -2 to Winnipeg.
I went back and forth all week, made a case for both sides and decided to plunk down on this one. After a 1st week bye week, MTL upset EDM. In week 2 MTL was completely over favored and lost outright to Calg.
It was clear after a good 1st quarter last week against a rookiw back up QB Montreal D wasnt tough. They had a 14-3 and half way though the 4th Q they were trailing 28-14. Calgary on D took control of the MTL offense after a dominant offense and defensive 1st Q.
This might be Hamilton easiest opponent this season to date. Lost to Winnipeg and Sask. They need this win against what I believe to be a lesser team.
Montreal: I will be betting them in future weeks but from what I have seen so far I have to side against them.
Database support: this is the cincher for me.
ats streak<-1 and week<11 and A
ats streak<-1 and week<11 and A and n:DIV
ats streak<-1 and week<5 and A
ats streak<-1 and week<5 and AF
As of right now I still think:
Saskatchewan
Winnipeg
Hamilton (without Masoli)
Toronto.
Are the best teams.

# Play 3: Ott+4.5 -105
I fell in love with BC as the opportunity here is for them to get a win. I have come to my senses, and will take the points. Teams that had a horrible previous season are given extra points as the data base supports teams that had less than 6 wins the Previous season and less than 14 points scored the previous week in a loss.
Not only do poor teams like Ottawa cover spreads in this weeks scenario they win games at a very strong rate.
Keeping this very simple.
p:points<14 and PRSW<6 and week<7 and p:L
?
BC is not in my top 4 teams as of the moment and if they are going to get there they are going to have to find a way to get this road win.
BC: except for a huge 2nd half in week 1, has 0 Passing TD's in the last 2 games. Laying more than 4 points to Ottawa that can shut down the bottom part of the league can and should happen. Much like Montreal there will be future opportunities to jump on BC, but not here.
Although Nichols isnt a stud like he was in Winnipeg he does a good job managing the game. TD and stats are not there but its enough to keep the defense strong.
The Defense are the stars of this team. Fajardo last week threw for over 300 yards but 0 TD in the air, and only allowed a 2 yard running TD from Fajardo. The first half score last week was 9-3 Sask. That was away in Sask. Pretty damn impressive!
Ride or die on the Ottawa D and hope that a low number of mistakes keeps this close.

I really loved Calgary before the lines showed but being only 5.5 has slowed my enthusiasm. Winnipeg has a top notch D and this concerns me against the Calgary rookie.
Last weeks incredible home line with Calgary was special. This weeks Away line against one of the best doesn't motivate me.
At this point I have no play but I lean to more then 50 points combined. I dont like Collaros, and the Calgary coaching is superb, but I am looking for a better line. Lines are the most important.
I really flip flopped all week on a few of these games but I have come to my senses and am very happy with my first 3 plays.
Best wishes to the forum this week.

WOW!! Great read.
Already scanned and seen you and others were on Ottawa but now that I have taken the time to actually go through your thread, totally impressed as always. You and Indy are super smart and should be paid attention too.
Good luck this weekend and of course for the season. However, you don't need it. Rather, I am the one relying more on luck. Cheers.
