no clue.... it's a small bet for me so it doesn't bother me....any time i hedge or buyout because of a line move it seems that my original bet always wins....hahaha.. so i'll just let it ride.. the only thing that would bother for nevada is if marshall or oliver was out...then i'd be worried. otherwise, it is what it is

My account have 3000$. I should split account to ? part to bet follow you :p
just bet what YOU like...don't ever rely on anyone else to be responsible for YOUR money... getting ideas about wagers is fine, but YOU should want to play that side regardless of my opinion

just looked at the nevada play again,,,,, i think they have the best and 2nd best players on the court.....
oakland is 115 in Off Eff and 170 in Def Eff playing the 333 hardest schedule, i.e. they've had a joke schedule so far. Also, they have the 5th fastest tempo so I believe their offensive stats are further inflated.
nevada is 116 in O Eff and 72 in D Eff playing the 161 hardest schedule, just about average.
so in conclusion, their O's are basically the same adjusted for schedule but Nevada's D is significantly better, in my opinion.
the question obv is: is it 5 points better generally but more importantly tonight? I believe so... they are playing in a gym that neither has played in recently and oakland relies more heavily on jumpers whereas Nevada gets to the rim ..
maybe i am dumb and crazy but i like them to win relatively easily...but in gambling nothing is easy

kenpom DOT com is amazing...adjusted tempo ratings...research is paramount
pederson,
The numbers under the AdjTempo column at kenpom' site...is that the projected number of possessions for each team for the game? For example today's game between The Citadel and Arizona St, The Citadel 83.2 possessions for the game and Arizona St 71.7 for the game?
And AdjTempo,AdjOE, AdjDE--"Adj" means the numbers have been adjusted for strength of schedule? Thank you for your time and help.

and yes, the tempo is adjusted for the teams they have played as well.... so if they can force their opponents to play a faster game, they'll be higher ranked since it'll weight a fast tempo game with a normally slow opponent heavier than a fast tempo game with a fast opponent.

No. It's based on past games. Nothing to do with future. There are no projections whatsoever from the basic kenpom page. If you join and pay, I believe he has projections but I don't do that
