It's cause Nugget don't like people to post their picks. That's why he says make your own thread. Just clogs the thread up. 
People have to give him time to calculate the numbers. Then if everyone is posting it will take a lot longer to get through and refresh the page. 
Therefore, if he is the only one posting in that small window at 2H everyone can get his picks quicker. Page refreshes faster without the clutter.

Don't double check on my account, I have been asking you the past couple days what goes into your formula and I noticed that seemed to be a common theme. There are three that involve a big underdog winning at half.

Any chance you might be willing to point out maybe another common theme that binds them? Like rebouding edge or shooting percentage?
