i really dont have a lean either way I was just curious wat mac saw in charlotte.  I know PIMP and tmpeus seem to be on rhode island as well as a few other good cappers.  so i was just tryin to get a guys few on charlotte

Your Arizona St/Oregon line is wrong.  It's at 8.  You might be looking at the Arizona / Oregon St. line which is at 4 or 4.5
