Anyone ever see a push graded a Loss???

Opened an account with Betonline to have some offshore capable to avoid getting locked out of in State wagers.  Ive used account regularly tonight placed a wager with some bonus funds and the play pushed.  Customer service says they dont refund funds on wagers placed with bonus money.  This normal?? Ive never come across this before.

Not normal. You should be able to place another wager with the bonus funds if the bet pushed, unless the rules in the bonus fund section state otherwise. And if that is the case, run quickly from that shady ass book. Just my read.

A bonus that pushes is a loss. BOL is top notch in my opinion. I’ve been with them for years with several other books. Their customer service and payouts is the best I have ever received

It IS normal for this to happen with bonus play. A push is a loss. Every book I use does it this way

ODB is correct, I have never ever had issues with them and payouts are easy and fast

Read the terms. Push is loss. Always bet .5 lines and you wont have to worry..

 Bet online is the scum of offshores .. I deposited 800 with no bonus .. turned the 800 into 8k in a couple weeks .. noticed they sent 800 back to me and they sent an email confirming.. then I tried withdrawing some of my winnings .. they said they red flagged my account .. no answer why .. they said they didn’t know but got red flagged took my winnings sent my deposit back.. and haven’t used an offshore since ..

I used bol in the past, always got paid

yepp had that happen with free. they told me if it was money line it be refunded
