Access to his account and yes refreshing is correct, can be very agitating but if it is consistently making money then it is worth it in my opinion. 

Software isn't advanced enough to send text alerts when certain players or wagers are placed, but I do not know of any software that can currently do that already.  Would prb be a nice code for someone to write and profit on.

Agreed some books give -105 and local give me at -105 for football, but for this guy he bets 10 cent lines and still wins.....

All gamblers should know by betting 10 cent lines, the house immediately gains a 4 percent edge on you.

Very well could if proper bankroll management is not used.  If it is used properly, then you should never have to pay your book.  If you are just a barely above average gamble and use proper bankroll management then you should never have to pay your book anything substantial if you set your threshold correctly.  It is all pure math and finding the right lines.  I am almost positive that these are not all of this guys plays, I am sure he has more on different sites that offer a better line but to bet up this much and never have to pay then he is clearly doing something correct.  If you come to a thread to throw bricks then bring some substance other than a mere few words.
