Started well yesterday going 1-0 in NFL (Medium) but went downhill as my College Hoops Medium play w/ LMU was a trash play. Overall a wash day going 2-2.
Like today’s play @ a LARGE size…remember this isn’t a play of the week or even a play of the day…just a pick I like to where I like my chance of coming ahead for the day. But again, as most know, it’s an uphill battle, so have to stay mentally focused and disciplined even if it loses.
Today’s play:
Cal Poly SLO +5.5 (LARGE)
Cal Poly SLO/Nicholls Under 134.4 (Medium)
Unfortunately I missed this @ +6.5, but still like +5.5.
Big West is a guard driven league. Nichols State is a guard driven team. CP is predicted to finish 2nd to LAST in league play in Coaches poll, but team is defensively driven around guards…improved last few games of the year LY vs teams like Davis, UCI, CSUN, UCSB…Disregard DD lost to Santa Clara…just bigger more physical team.
FYI- Watched some high school ball, and couple guards from Etiwanda HS (Stevenson & Pierce) are pretty quick defensively & can guard the perimeter. With the total set @ 134.5, my thoughts is that this will most likely be low scoring and favor Cal Poly SLO slightly.
Fill them bags.

Thanks all. Just trying to share my love for the game. Loved playing bball back in the late mid to late 90s. Knee injury hung my game up on the shelf, but knowledge wise I’m still pretty sharp understanding the game. Hoping to continue, and share my success w/ you.
