Yale has the experience period. Cornell coach is in his 1st year (reaching this pt has exceeded expectations!) + Yale has 2 really good guards that upset Auburn last year…1 that is offensively talented & 1 DPOY. Guards + coaching = March Ws.
Looking at one other play…. Will post here.
LARGE: 12-5 ATS in March

Love this line climbing… 2 top scoring guards for Florida could spell trouble….
Mashack on on Florida’s leading scorer Clayton will tough offensively.
Floridas 2nd leading scorer Martin has tendencies to play timid vs high strong defenses…LY vs North Texas…3/5;2/9 and last game vs Vols 2/12…3 of 4 small samples is good enough for me…
to add..
Bigs for Vols matches the physicality in the paint = tough paint pts
Fla coach Golden knows nothing about playing vs great defenses… he came from WCC which consist of Zags + Gaels…bad record vs these teams…0-13 vs these above avg defense…not top tier.

I was looking at the UT-FLA under this morning as well. Glad you see it the same way.
Also, thanks for the mention on the side, as I can't come up with one either. TEN is looking really good, and could possibly upset today; but FLA is a very strong team that just might be the best (Duke?) in the country.

These teams don't play defense and shoot a high percentage.
Cornell has been en fuego. I can't bring myself to bet against them. But Yale could definitely cover and even win by a landslide. Just depends who shoots the ball well.

I think the over might be the best play.

I agree. In their 2 games vs each other this year they scored 180 and 191. Torvik and Haslam both have the total around 161. Pomery and Sports-Ref metrics calcs put it closer to 163.
Just my observations.

Looked at this for a bit…Both teams can light it up. Just don’t know which defense show up for Yale. Yale’s 3pt defense % is pretty good…around 33%, but more than 1/2 their conference shoots the ball poorly from deep…around 32%…. Toss up play for me…

Nice… Graduated back in early 2000…1 thing I remember is skipping a few classes to bet college games to make money…was really thinking about making it a career LOL… won a bit and eventually graduated not paying a penny out of pocket.

Thanks i really lean the over but i really am on the fence about how tired both teams will be i really believe it is easier on the offence in all these back to back to back games because the offence knows what their about to do and the defence has to react which i feel takes more energy.

Yes sir…those are the key stats I glance at….some others are asst/to ratio, fg% defense, def/off rebounds…combine that with watching things you can’t put on paper..coaching, toughness, senior guards, type of offense vs defense etc..
