Pretty sure you misunderstood them.....They even talked to Bill Self and Self said that he hoped that he would play because he wants to play the Sooners at their best....Was listening to the same show and I had not heard a definite answer untill about 30 minutes ago as The Duke said that Griffin was out

Well before they spoke to Bill Self Papi. This was in the first hour of the show as Steven A. Smith was going on one of his famous rants about Marvin Harrison being better then any WR the Philadelphia Eagles had. He randomly switched topics and said Griffin was cleared to play this evening.

Based upon what I'm hearing from a lot of different posters just because the doctors clear somebody to play virtually means squat.
