Yale enters the Ivy League Championship as the No. 1 seed, but Cornell's elite offense makes this a difficult point spread play. Yale won both regular-season meetings, but Cornell's 37.5% from deep (4th nationally) keeps them dangerous. Yale's defense (40.1% opponent FG%) and 11-0 home record give them an edge - but Cornell's fast pace should push the scoring.
