Caffeine is not really that bad if you take it before you work out it helps you get some of the energy you need to get threw a workout but the thing I love about it is I dont get light headed or get that Jittery feeling you get from alot of stuff you take but I am not trying to get off track in here I just wanted to see if Enjoy or anyone else that is getting back in the gym or been going has tried it if not you might want to look into it. I have really liked what is has done as far as helping me out.

I have no Crash after I take it I just take two scoops I have been on it almost a month you just have to make sure you only take it 5 days a week and not longer and I do not go up to 3 scoops before workout. I have nothing bad to say about it I have never liked something as much as I like it but everyones body is alittle different. I havent been back in the gym in years and I am doing as much as I was back when I was going and like I said only been back in the gym for a month and already lost 10 pounds I have been taking off two pounds a week.
