NC State is not the better team. They play better at home.

They started the season hot and fell apart in towards the end of the season.

No, they wont be in tournament if they lose this. They dont have lot of quality wins.

Clemson matches up better with NC State and play better defense than NC State.

Curious as to why you think NC St is better

- their conf record is identical

- Clemson has a stronger non conf sos

- Clemson has a stronger overall sos

- NC St has a stronger rating vs top 50 teams

I could go on and on with stats for either side. Personally I think they are pretty evenly matched. Like I said, just curious why you feel NC St is a better team. I don't mean this in a good or bad way just seeking a dialogue on the game

These teams are evenly matched just look at the numbers. Clemson is the better defensive team but nc state is deeper and better offensively. Clemson has shown they can go cold for long stretchs so their defense needs to be on point. I think nc state wins this game in a close one.

&#xA; &#xA;Before that play clemson had some calls go their way like the out of bounds on the clemson player called incorrectly.  Not to mention the goaltending no call.  Clemson just couldnt take advantage of it
