1-0 in tournament so far, really trying to pick my spots.
One play for tomorrow:
McNeese State +6: Despite a bit of a late hiccup, Cowboys looked like the real deal in the win over Clemson. Can't imagine their free throw shooting will be that bad 2 games in a row. Think they have the defence to limit Smith, Loyer and Co. and have more than enough options to keep up offensively against a pretty underwhelming Purdue defence. Purdue was OK against High Point but once again didn't get much from the bench and Smith had to go the full 40 minutes. See this as a 1 or 2 possession game and am more than happy to take the points. Wouldn't be the least bit shocked if McNeese got the outright win against a Purdue team that often leaves you wanting more.
