We waited patiently all day to watch my play of the day Florida -4 come away with an outstanding win 72-47 @ Florida St. A dominating performance that stretched my 2012-13 record to 12-3.
Tomorrow, I'm rolling with the Creighton @ Nebraska match-up at 8pm. Last year, these two teams faced off under similar circumstances. Creighton (7-0 and ranked 16th at the time) won at home vs Nebraska 76-66 (Nebraska was 4-3 at the time). This year, Creighton is 7-1 and also ranked 16th while Nebraska sits at 6-1 (unranked). I watched the game and felt Nebraska played well considering the odds on the road. Those who follow, might also recall the early season upset Nebraska pulled off last year at home vs Indiana. (I think I'm still hurting from that money line loss).
Ultimately, I feel this Nebraska line is value this time around considering their historic tough play at home. Home court was the difference last year, and it will be the difference this year. This time, Nebraska comes away with the cover.
