in the world of sports betting, I've won alot more money on them than I have ever lost betting against them. Cerebral school, cerebral QB, there are similarities. Peyton even worked out at Duke after his neck surgery. Now I'm not saying the Broncos will win this Sunday, but I sure like Duke tonight. Coach "K" will once again have his boys ready in what is the biggest game of the year for Duke to this point. Naysayers' will point to losses @ ND and @ Clemson, let's not forget they have tangled with AZ (L11), KAN (L6), and then MICH (W10), UCLA (W17) and an underrated VIRG team (W4), so they're battle tested, as is PITT. That being said, not sure PITT would go 3-2 against those teams. This crazy platooning Coach "K" has been using has been effective, and why not, when you can bring Dawkins, Sulaimon, Thornton, Plumlee off the bench and go from there. As he says, it's game to game how he rotates his players, but he has enough offensive firepower no matter who's on the floor. Depth. They lack some size they've had in years past but they have a group of players who can handle the ball, muy importante against a solid defensive team like Pitt, and they can shoot, just about all of them. They're coming together, chemistry, and by tournament time, I would not want to play this Duke team. I honestly think there will be more pressure on PITT tonight than on Duke. I like PITT and what they've done this year, they just eked me out a cover on Saturday @ MD, they're solid and well balanced. This is a great matchup, but it ain't that ez beating the "ol' bully on the block" so to speak, even in your own backyard. Duke represents the old ACC tonight-
DUKE +4, -105, 3 units
DUKE M/L, +165, 1 unit
1 other play for the day
OKL +5, -115
And since we brought up Peyton, yea, I'm going against him in this matchup-
SEA +2, they will win outright
As always, good luck to all!

Mrjayhawk, I believe I did mention that loss @ Clemson, since then, they have 4 straight wins. Upsets happen to all good teams at some point in time. Good teams learn from that, adjust, and get better. And they have the best coach in basketball to teach them. Oh yea, UNC fan here so you know I have little love for those dam Devils. Just like $$$ better. GL to you

always amusing to read different perspectives, especially about the line. Funny lines for those of you sharp enough to find them, are worth paying attention to, no doubt. But how is #18 PITT, 18-2, 6-1 in the conference favored by 4 @ home vs a 16-4, 5-2 in conference, #17 ranked team with 2 conference road losses also a funny line so much that you would automatically take PITT because the oddsmakers want you to take Duke? Nix all over that. They'd laugh their fools off if they read half these opinions about the "lines." Hey, at least this way the oddsmakers will never go out of business

Gamehendge, it's a free contest and you're @ 80%. I've cashed out about 2k on free contests on covers. Chump change to some, but it's free and you're @ 80%. Did I say that already?
