so let me get this right....once i hit the 6x rollover, the only actual money i can withdraw is $250 dollars? so basically they are giving you $64 dollars and giving you a chance to win $250?

After all of the money makes it to my available balance it no longer is winnings only, right? Then I just need make $320 in bets and my balance afterwards minus $64 is what I get?

I made $32 bet to win $29.09 I won the bet 29.09 was credited into my available balance but the $32 was wiped out, made a second $32 bet and lost so I used my $64 in freeplay. I now have only the $29.09 from the win bet so im thinking if I turn that into $250 I should be able to cash out because the free $64 has already been wiped out. does anybody know if this is true?

LOL betphoenix is a joke, I tried to get the free promotion, and the customer service rep started trying to negotiate reasons why I should deposit.   What is this I don't even.........  He trolled me hard.



    Sam: there is a 6x rollover on the winnings and a maximum cash out of $250
    Sam: you can waive the maximum cash out by depositing $36

$29.09 x 6 = $174.54 in action required to be cleared.  Action refers to risk only, not win or loss.

yeah, these free bets do not give the money back from the wager, so really think of it as a 32 dollar freebie.

First one I got was a 5 dollar live one from bodog I think, I cannot remember the situation but there was a gimmee minus 500. I took it and now had 1 dollar in my account.

Also, I don't really understand max cash out.  Once you meet the rollover requirements, shouldn't whatever money you have earned to that point be in your account with no restrictions?  What if I do not want to cash out and plan to continue playing at the sportsbook with that money, and eventually deposit more money into my account at a later time.  Does that max cash out affect my future withdrawals?  Can someone explain that to me.

i got it yesterday and made 4 wagers and won them all, so now my reg acc has 60.00 in it for me to wagerwith ., good deal for free wth why not.  ty lou this is the first time i ever took one of these promos and it worked out great , hoping to build on that 60

nice i put all the money on the kings tonight and won 59.. so that transferred to my account.. now i just dont know whats going to happen from here on out.. can i play poker now? what happens if i hit one parlay and go up to 250? its confusing to me but im fucking retarted so i cant count that

Yes, $6 and $8 dollar wagers are fine.  You can break up the plays as you see fit.  In the spirit of this promotion, only NCAA baskets count towards your rollover.

The max cash out is $250, and if you wish to continue playing that, you can request to leave it in once cleared of rollover restrictions.  We will set your account at $250 real cash, and you can turn that amount into whatever with no further restriction.  This also will not affect your account moving forward.  Of course you can always request a payment as well once the requirements are met, and we will cash you out the $250 via person to person transfer within 24 hours, and usually same day.

Rollover explained: 

Freeplay winnings x 6 = rollover amount (NCAA hoops only)

Ex: If you win $60 on Duke, then the $60 are your Freeplay winnings.

$60 x 6= $360 in NCAA Hoops action and NCAA tournament must be over before withdrawal can be made.
