Fresno St/CCU Thoughts 💡

Fresno St is the superior team, but I’ve noticed the majority of bets seem to be placed on the bulldogs, according to sites like Covers and Action Network, and the line has stayed steady at -3. Of course, this metric is not a great indicator, nor an indicator of actually money %, but according to TeamRankings.com, the ML has actually dropped slightly in value, opening at -155 and now fluctuating between -145 and -150.

Could there be some subtle reverse line movement going on? I have yet to see a soul on CCU…

 BOL!!.. Both are very solid teams.. I believe CC have played the tougher schedule and covered last 8 of 10 as the home dog..Fresno not so good on road ATS !! Thinking CC wins outright.. playing CC(+3)…& TTOTAL (O62)!! WE SHALL SEE!! GET’EM BUD…

I have Fresno St with a much stronger SOS this season than CCU, so I have to disagree with that tip from @Wizz_KIDD35. Curious to hear your thoughts on this game.

The Aggies burned a lot of bettors last night. I was on Xavier, but does the contrarian side prevail again tonight?

@gambling-devil Fresno played a tougher schedule this season playing in the Mountain West against tournament teams compared to CC playing in the Sun Belt. 

from what I understand game was postponed a day because Fresno St couldn't get a flight to South Carolina.  Traveling clear across the country and 3 time zones to play on the road could come into play.  

Mountain West Conference sucks! It isn't good defense it is shitty teams running uo and down the floor. 

Line opened at -4.5 mostly-4 down to -3 because Holland looks very iffy and travel problems and going across the country. If your books opened at -3 you need to find a new book that actually sets lines.

I would take Fresno if it is a free play ... otherwise it is a no play for me

Talent wise, Fresno is way better but the contrarian side tell me not to take Fresno.

I'm on Fresno. Sucks to have the travel problems but at least it was a chartered flight. I saw them practicing on what looked like a backyard hoop lol. Regardless, coastal turns it over way too much. Should be plenty of free possessions and 1 and dones from Coastal. Fresno is a good def rebounding team and they hit their fts at a better clip.

I know, it’s a small play, but I don’t get a good feel from this game. I’ll look to make a 2H play if there is a spot.

Classic reverse line movement imo by the oddsmakers. Yesterdays line closed at -3.5 for Texas A&M. I highly double a double SU dog win for similar lines on both days. I'll take Frenso St ML here to be safe. I do see them covering the opening 5 in a double digit win perhaps
