Not so sure Cincy was a public play tho.  Harvard was everyone's Cinderella coming into the tourney.  I lost on Cicny, but I actually liked them more because it seemed everyone was on Harvard.  Agree with your thinking overall tho.  BOL today.

He means all of the money is coming in on New Mexico yet instead of the line climbing up to -4 or -5 it is decreasing down to -2 or -2.5. A huge red flag for any gambler basically...

the reason that I am confused is because how is it "all of the money" is coming in on NM if only 57% is on them with the spread... if you ask me I think 57% isn't "everyone" its actually pretty damn close to being split.

because you know that moneyline has NOTHING to do with the movement of the spread.

Honestly, I do not believe that you can put any faith in published percentages, and even if we could, RLM does not work nearly as much as people think.  If it did, we would all be rich and gambling would be easy.  Just my humble opinion.  I think that New Mexico-Stanford game will be decided on a basketball court between a bunch of 18-21 year old kids playing a game.  The line movement and public percentages have no bearing on the outcome.  For everytime you can tell me that RLM led you to a winner, I can tell you a time it led to a loser.  Just sayin.  BOL today Slick.

The % is the number of BETS, not the amount of money bet.  So 99 Joe bettors lay $100 each on the FAV and then a pro bettor steps in and lays $25K on the other side.  99% of the bets are on the FAV, but 70% of the money has now fallen on the DOG.  So the line drops to pull MORE money in on the FAV and discourage another Pro from dropping another 25K on the DOG.
