…ton of juice, but 2 next closest opponents lost their key guard (St Mary’s Mahaney >Uconn, Wash State Rice >Indiana)…juice should be closer to -300 imo
Can’t see anyone else competing with Gonzaga this year… let’s take a look at the top few contenders…
Uconn? Trio of guards and big gone. Offensively (3pt shooting) they will struggle.
Kansas? Added some talent, but I really don’t like the dynamics
Duke? 1 very talented Frosh ain’t doing it + coach is total pretender.
With that added some conference futures…
Big East: St John’s & Creighton +500
Big 12: Iowa State +800, Houston +400

Zags ship should be closer to +1000, prob under that comes mid season.
Some thoughts about this team…
Watson the only one gone…hardly played defense, often lazy on the court..
Stormer and Huff played great as freshmen LY, would assume they’ll contribute more this year.
Add in..Colgate leader & starting PG Braeden Smith, Arkansas sr guard Battle 14 ppg, projected starter/ sharp shooter Steel Venter which was injured LY…
Great guards make up a great team come March. Can’t see any other team that matches with Gonzaga….imo Few has a really good chance of bringing in his first ship.

You don’t like the Dynamics at Kansas. Well, they have eight bonafide players that could start for almost every college team in America. What kept them from achieving greatness before was there somewhat thin bench.
That is no longer the case. Guys like Coit and Meyo will surely be making an immediate impact, but the key to there success, and mark my words when I say this, will be AJ Starr, the transfer from Wisconsin. Barring injury this guy is a lottery pick. Kansas is hungry my friend.

Seniors Adams, Harris, Dickinson are the core of this team. These 3 is enough to worry about in any big game. Harris has no offense, Adams & Dickinson in the paint seems off…big bodies, but something just seems off….Defenses like Houston and Iowa State will give this team fits.

I’ve been saying this for months….This ZAGS team has the it factor. Every position is strong. Bench is 5-6 deep. Can’t see anyone stopping this team. Only thing getting in the way are major injuries.
Zags will be crowned champs for the 1st time in school history.

Would be incredible for this team to win it all. The 2020-2021 that went into the title game undefeated but somehow lost to Baylor was one of the best college teams I have ever seen.
