i agree absolute bs to change the score the next day it was a "meaningless" basket and it would have never been changed if the line was say ucla -12 in the 2nd half

absolute utter greed from these books.  the amount wagered on that 2nd half was a drop in the pail compared to what they pull in during a year.

This decision didn't affect me but this really exposes the fact  there is a unholy alliance between the NCAA and bookmakers. All their hypocrite BS that they have no involvement with gambling. This saved the books a fortune and is absolutely illegal, or should be. 24 hours later!! many people have already cashed tickets and just as importantly the ones who thought they lost threw away theirs and won't be able to get a refund. Oh yeah, they thought this one through real good. Lying ,filthy criminals!!!

I'm the last guy to cry fix or blame shit on the ref's, but this one is pretty bad.
 
You really have to wonder if this would have happened if the spread & the tease was out of play.

someone started a thread asking how long is your secret weapon...maybe we should ask how long is the bookie's secret weapon!!! damn, i am sorry this is happening but i cant believe they ever counted that shot....way after the buzzer...

Your 100% spot on.  The ref's have to get the score right before they leave the floor!!!  The shot was clearly too late...that's not even an issue.  If the ref's have to stay on the floor untill the gym clears, FINAL should mean FINAL!!!
