Coaching really matters in sports.. especially college baskets.. hoiberg with a bunch of transfers has turned this team into an extremely efficient team on both ends of the court.. but their offensive efficiency at home makes this team look like a top 25 and tourney team, which is not said in Lincoln often. The Japanese curry Keisei Tominaga sets the tone for the team that will space and isn't afraid to shoot 3s 1 thru 5 on the court. Then the Bradley transfer the flying Dutchman Rienk mast a 6'10 Swiss army knife that rebounds can shoot and also has become their leading facilitator on the offensive end. On the other end I see a middling Ohio state who hasn't really beat anyone outside of an Alabama team back in November. Is 0-3 in 3 true road games to the likes of (penn state, indy, and that terrible michigan team) Ohio states leading scorer Thornton has just not had his shot since Christmas.. last 4 games Thornton is just 31 percent from the field and (4 of 26 from 3) . That puts a lot on Roddy Gayle Jr to score and he has struggle mightily to score at all on the road (29 % from the field on the road)
I don't see where the offense comes from to keep pace with this Cornhusker team, give me Nebraska to win and cover.
